I love taking pictures. From an early age, I can remember begging my dad to let me take a photo with his Voigtländer range finder while we were on holiday. Once I was earning money, I bought a real camera, with 3 different lenses! It was all manual, and a great way to learn the art.
So, what am I like? I love Debbie my wife, and Charlotte and Luke, my kids. I love taking excellent photos. I love great food, good wine and smooth coffee. I love ice-cream, hand made shoes and God.
So, with a great wife and two gorgeous children and a fat mortgage, it was a scary decision to become a self employed photographer. I am very pleased to have made the move and wish I’d done it sooner!
I’ve always been able to successfully capture the character of children as they play. In this day and age however, pointing a camera at children can be misinterpreted. I have been police checked and hold an enhanced CRB certificate, to work with children of all ages and vulnerable adults. I have worked in many schools and nurseries, providing photos for prospectuses and displays in reception areas.
Based in Ilford, East London, I am ideally situated to work in and around London, as well as Essex and further afield.
Whether it’s a wedding portfolio for your special day, or a portrait of your loved ones, I can create an album full of images to cherish.
